As a designer, I’ve learned to be guided by the pleasure principle. I have trained myself to seize the moment when I notice something beautiful, to understand just why it appeals and how the principles can be applied to design. I believe you can find your own style simply by becoming conscious of the things that bring you pleasure. The path to wisdom, it has been said, is self-knowledge.
Totallysuperdeluxe is here to help you decorate & organize your home with out stress, anxiety or confusion. We are not about giving you “aspirational” homes: strikingly beautiful fantasies, with little relation to the way you live or a budget you can’t afford, we want your home to make you happy. Our Approach
Our design philosophy stays true to every client’s individual style. By analyzing what you’re attracted to, you’ll get a sense of your personal style. This process leads to discovering what makes sense for your life and why. We can review tons of inspirational concept photos so we’re on the same page. With this collaborative approach, each project becomes unique to the client and to the space.
We start with what you have which follows our principles of reuse, recycle and redesign. Its satisfying to be able to use what clients already own simply by moving things around; it’s a surefire way to incorporate pieces you know they love, and it’s important to us that all of our projects reflect the client first and foremost. We’ll take your lifestyle into consideration when starting a project. For example, if you entertaining often or have children assessing the needs for these then measuring existing furniture and the dimensions of the space so we can create a floor plan. From there deciding on purchasing new items to fill in the gaps.
